Group Discussions (GD)
Group Discussion commonly called as GD plays a crucial part in every fresher or campus interviews. 
Group Discussions (GD), round is conducted in campus interviews to assess the candidate’s personality traits – Communication skill, General awareness, assertiveness, depth of knowledge, focus, persuasive skills, leadership skills and team skills are tested in Group Discussions (GD).

Personal Interview / HR Interview ( PI)
The final round in campus interview process is the PI/personal Interview or popularly called as HR interview. In Personal Interview/ HR interview, the candidate is assessed on various parameters ranging from his personal traits, goals, fitment with the organization, longevity and other character traits. 
Successful personal Interview / HR Interviews are those which are smartly directed by candidates themselves. The success in HR interview lies in smart, frank answers. 

JAM (Just a minute) Session : 
JAM ( Just a minute) in the interview process is to check the candidate's communication and grip on the language. In it, candidate has to speak about a topic for a minute and this particular one minute will decide whether you are eligible for the next level or not.
